A few weeks back, I had the privilege of seeing the politically charged cabaret, The Citizens Band perform live here in LA with my friend, Molly. I've written about TCB mastermind, Sarah Sophie Flicker, before and she remains a huge inspiration to me as an artist and asskicker, not to mention, mom.  The show was electric and when I came home from the show and went searching for videos on youtube to share with you guys, here, I came up empty.

SO. I made a couple of my own, featuring two of my favorite songs from the show/The Citizens Band's new album, "Grab a Root and Growl" and paired them with previously recorded versions. Voila! Enjoy!

The Citizens Band's message: Go, vote! We owe it to those who came before us who couldn't. We owe it to those who will come after us who can't.
