Today was Fable's birthday and we spent the day celebrating her awesome. She's been an incredible sport these last few weeks, her world upside down with new additions and I'm so incredibly proud of her.
We ordered pink cupcakes from Magnolia and my mom made her a birthday dress. We opened gifts and sang songs and Hal put together her new tricycle. And when she struggled to blow out the candles on her cake, Archer helped and she didn't mind.
When I asked her how it felt to turn three she smiled. "It feels happy," she said. "I'm happy."
God, I love her.
